A Performer Visa (C7) is a specialized single-entry visit visa intended for artists who want to come to Bali to perform in events. This visa grants a stay of up to 60 days, with the possibility of an extension.
The C7 visa is further categorized into C7A and C7B visas. The C7A visa caters specifically to musicians, while the C7B visa is intended for supporting crew members.
Do’s and Don’ts of a Performer Visa in Bali
✅ Allowed with performer visa:
- Participate in arts and cultural activities
- Get paid for your performances
- Engage in tourism-related activities, like sightseeing and exploring cultural landmarks.
- Visit friends or family for personal gatherings or events.
❌ Not allowed with visa:
- Engage in art, culture, or behavior that violates local laws or norms
- Engage in any form of employment
- Sell goods or services
- Remain in Indonesia beyond the visa validity period without proper extensions
Requirements for a Performer Visa in Bali
Following are the requirements for a performer visa:
- Passport with at least 6 months validity
- Guarantee letter from the event organizer
- A recent color photo
- Bank statement for the last 3 months with a minimum of $2000
- The performer’s contract with the event organizer
