Business visa requirements
Sponsor company in Indonesia
A business visa requires a company registered in Indonesia to act as the sponsor of the visa. This will be provided by Emerhub (unless you have your own company).
Flight tickets and bank statement
In order to submit the application, we will need all the copies of all the pages of your passport, a return flight ticket and a bank statement that shows at least $1500 USD (or equivalent in another currency) of funds.
Visit to an Indonesian Embassy
Emerhub as the sponsor company will submit your application in Indonesia, after which a telex will be sent to an Indonesian embassy of your choice. You will complete the application and receive the visa there.
Get started with the business visa application
Fill in the form and our consultants will get in touch with you to start the visa approval process. The visa processing cost is 500 USD plus the costs paid to the Indonesian embassy. The total process is expected to take 1-2 weeks. Alternatively, you can reach out to us by emailing [email protected].
