Air force

All activities (administrative, operational and others), including civil servants in the air force, except for members of the air force who are employed or who have served in the government. For example the Indonesian Air Force Headquarters

Angkatan laut

All activities (administrative, operational and others), including civil servants in the navy, except for members of the navy who are employed or who have served in government. For example, the Indonesian Navy Headquarters

Police

All POLRI activities (administrative, operational and others) that serve the general public, either directly or indirectly in various fields of security and order, such as complaints, crimes, law order, criminal investigations, including secret police activities.

Foreign affairs

All activities managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including administrative and operational activities stationed abroad (diplomatic and consular missions), and at the offices of international organizations (UN, ASEAN and so on). Administrative, operational and cultural assistance that crosses national borders as well as economic assistance and assistance to economic missions abroad, unless military assistance and military personnel abroad are included in groups 84221 to 84224

Defense institutions and armed forces
