
Bali Visa on Arrival
Visa on arrival in Bali allows foreigners from eligible nationalities to stay in Bali for up to 30 days (can be extended for a further 30 days). Bali VoA is granted for tourism (B1), business (B2), medical (B3), or governmental (B4) purposes.

Bali Visa on Arrival (VoA) is currently available to over 90 nationalities including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, and Egypt.

Allowed Activities with a Visa on Arrival (VoA)?
✅ Allowed with Visa on Arrival:
- Tourism
- Attending meetings
- Purchase of goods
- Negotiating contracts
- Seeking medical treatment
❌ Not Allowed with Visa on Arrival:
- Being employed in Indonesia
- Selling services or goods
- Receiving rewards from Indonesian entities
- Engaging in journalism or research
How to Get a Visa on Arrival in Bali?
If you are from an eligible country, you can get a Visa on Arrival in Bali by providing the following documents to the immigration officer upon arrival for immigration inspection:
- A passport valid for at least six months.
- An outbound ticket from Indonesia.
These requirements apply to all types of Electronic Visas on Arrival (B1-B4). You can also apply for a Visa on Arrival online aka e-VoA 14 days before coming to Bali.
Keep in mind that e-VOA is not issued immediately so you must apply for it at least 48 hours before departure.
