BOI application process

Conduct a feasibility study for your project and prepare a report
Fill out the BOI application form and submit project-specific documentation (which mainly includes, but is not limited to):
- Company registration certificate and any additional certifications
- List of shareholders
- Investment certificate or bank wire receipts
- human resource requirements and Thai / foreign employee distribution and salaries
- feasibility study report and revenue estimations
- business and training plans
Project analysis process (determined by investment capital):
- ≤ 200 million baht – 40 working days
- ≥ 200 million baht – 60 working days
- ≥ 2,000million baht – 90 working days
Upon project approval, submit BOI certificate application
Once the certificate is obtained, register the company as BOI-promoted
