What can you do with a wealthy pensioner LTR visa in Thailand?
Documents required for wealthy pensioner LTR visa
- A passport from your country of nationality, valid for a minimum of six months.
- Proof of income:
- Annual pension or stable passive income of at least USD 80,000. Acceptable sources include social security benefits, retirement pensions, and rental income from properties.
- For income between USD 40,000 and USD 80,000, you can still apply by investing at least USD 250,000 in Thailand. This investment can be in Thai government bonds, foreign direct investment, Thai property, or a combination of these options.
- Health insurance with minimum coverage of USD 50,000 for at least 10 months, or a social security benefit covering medical treatment in Thailand. Alternatively, you can demonstrate a minimum cash deposit of USD 100,000 in Thailand or abroad for at least 12 months
- Criminal record check
