A Barangay Permit, aka a Barangay Business Clearance, is a document issued by the local barangay in the Philippines. It certifies that the business is allowed to operate within its jurisdiction.

Validity of Barangay Permit

A Barangay Permit is valid for one year and must be renewd annually. Furthermore, if you change your business name or the business address, it is mandatory to obtain the Barangay Permit based on the new details.
