Spouse Visa in Indonesia (E31B)

E31B Limited Stay Permit aka the Spouse Visa allows the spouse of a foreigner with a valid KITAS/KITAP or a limited stay visa to come and live in Indonesia. The spouse visa is valid for 1, 2, or 5 years.

Documents Required for a Spouse KITAS in Indonesia

To apply for a spouse visa in Indonesia, you need to provide the following:

• A passport valid for at least 6 months.
• Proof of financial means of at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
• Recent Passport-Sized Photo
• Proof of Guarantee from the Guarantor or a commitment statement from the spouse
• A KITAS/KITAP/Limited stay visa of the spouse residing in Indonesia
• Marriage certificate translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator (except English)
• Birth certificate and family registration card of spouse
